Passed away peacefully on 10th September 2024, aged 93 years. Much loved Wife of the late William, dearest Mum to Kay, Anne and Sue, cherished Sister, Mother-in-Law, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Cicely will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
